Common Areas information for Residents |

 The outdoor common areas found in Emerald Green are for the use and enjoyment of all residents and their guests. Please follow these guidelines while using these common areas:
- Pets must be on a leash.
- Pick up after your pet.
- Retention Pond not for recreational use.
- Pick-up your trash and take home.
- Please be quiet, and courteous to the residents who live adjacent to the common areas.
- Common area's are for use of residents and accompanied guests, all others without express business with Emerald Green will be considered as trespassing.
