Rec Board Meeting

All new residents and anyone who has lost their pool pass may pick up a new one on May 11 from 11:00 AM—3:00 PM or on May 21 from 6:30 PM—9:00 PM during the Rec Board meeting.
Condo Regular Board Meeting
May 22, 2013 (7:00 PM)
Special meeting for all homeowners to discuss and vote extending the easement for cable TV.
Pool Opening

Get your swimsuits and sunscreen ready—the pool is opening for the season Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. (as always, weather permitting!).
Annual Fire Alarm and Garage Inspection

Inspections beginning June 5, 6, & 7 from 8am-4:30pm
Annual Carpet Cleaning
June 10, 2013 (All Day)
June 10-14 from 9am to 4pm

Pool Use by Residents and Guests

Emerald Green Pool The pool located adjacent to the clubhouse is for the use of Emerald Green homeowners who have an Emerald Green ID pass and are current on their association fees.

Pool hours for 2013

Sunday through Thursday 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

and Saturday 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.

NO ALOCHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA! Persons found drinking in pool area will be asked to leave. Refusal to leave will result in being escorted off the premises by the Warrenville Police Department.

SAFETY is our priority. Don't drink and dive. Have fun, play safe in our pool area. (Emerald Green Recreation Association).
