 Welcome to the Emerald Green Villa Owners Association. Here you will find the Declaration and Rules (see attachments below), events and other pertinent information that governs the 52 owner occupied residences.
Meetings
The specific dates will appear in the calendar. The 2010 Villa Board meetings will be held at the clubhouse at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays: February 24, April 28, June 23, August 25 and December 1, 2010. The Annual Meeting will be held at at the clubhouse at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 5, 2010.
